The sandwich plate is composed of two layers molding metal panels (or other materials of panels) and macro molecule insulated inner core which is directly foamed and cured and molded in the middle of panel, which is convenient for installation, light and efficient. The filling system is also made of closed cell molecular structure to avoid condensation of moisture.

Classification of sandwich plate

1. On core materials aspect, it is divided into six categories:

a) The polyphenyl sandwich plate is EPS sandwich plate (it is the most widely brand in current market);

b) Extruded polystyrene sandwich plate is XPS sandwich plate;

c) Rigid polyurethane sandwich plate is PU sandwich plate;

d) Three polyester sandwich plate is PIR sandwich plate;

e) Phenolic aldehyde sandwich plate is PF sandwich plate

f) The rock wool sandwich plate is RW sandwich plate.

2. On panel aspect, it is divided into two categories:

Metal panel and non-metal panel. The metal panel is easy to be processed into various shapes, but the non-metal panel plays other more roles than metal panel in some cases, such as corrosion resistance and impact resistance.
